Returns
Richdeer3 Pond Supplies will accept returns only for items that are in resalable condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. The original purchase price less the 15% restocking fee, will be refunded TO YOUR CREDIT CARD or the full purchase amount will be refunded via open credit on your account; and can be used on future orders. If you require a different solution please Call Gail to discuss the issue. Please note the reason for the return of any product, and whether replacement or credit is being requested. How to return items received due to our error
If you have received an item you did not order be due to our fault we will refund your full purchase price plus the cost of return shipping in the form of a credit card charge back, an open credit to your Richdeer3 account or a company check, refund to your card or pay pal account. Please call us to explain the error and to arrange shipment.
Back ordered items
We strive to maintain adequate inventory levels to avoid shipping partial orders. If your order can not be complete due to a back order you will be notified as soon as possible. When an item is out-of-stock, it will be placed on back order and then will ship separately as soon as possible. If you do not want the product shipped at a later date, you must notify us to cancel the order in writing via email or by phone to cancel the back order. We will call or email you before placing the item on back order.
